As a senior executive, Dale brings DocuFrog a consistent record of increasing sales, market share, profits and shareholder value for companies in highly competitive service industries. Combining executive sales and operations leadership he has generated growth in Fortune 100, as well as, smaller services companies. His former companies include Xerox, Oce, IKON, Kyocera, Knox Services, and The EDCO Group.
Dale earned his BA in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Connecticut. He taught Consultative Sales Classes for the California Community Colleges and is a featured speaker on Digital Document and Imaging Strategies for the California Health Information Association (CHIA) and the Oregon Health Information Association (OrHIMA).
Dale has served on the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Boys and Girls Club; San Diego (S.D.) Taxpayers Association; the Institutional Review Board of the Biomed IRB; and the San Diego Chamber of Commerce Round Table for Education.

Stephen brings with him over two decades of innovation and leadership from two industries that are now converging into one. Beginning with Digital Equipment Corporation in 1985, Stephen used his analytical abilities and creative problem solving skills to pioneer and establish then virtually unheard of concepts like an International Help Desk, Client Server Infrastructures, Integrated Network Management, and Online Logistics Management.
In 1997 Stephen brought his skills to Xerox where he was responsible for expanding government market document outsourcing and was later appointed to set strategy, lead, and mentor integrated sales teams for the national account segment in the western US.
Departing Xerox in 2003, Stephen continued to evolve his innovations in promoting the convergence of these industries, through roles ranging from director level to president. His other prior companies included Docuquest, Kyocera, and Oce.
Stephen holds a B.S. in Business Management from University of Maryland & an M.S. in Logistics Management from Colorado Technical University. He then pursued 2 years of doctoral studies in Quality Management at CTU.
